Returns Policy

Because every product is made personally for you, we cannot resell returned items — but if anything is wrong, we will always put it right.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it in full.

If you simply change your mind, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel before printing begins.
